The steamy months are here, and bare skin is in. Too bad heat doesn't stop a girl from getting hungry. To help you fill up without filling out, we asked five leading weight-loss centers to pony up the best low-fat recipes on their summer menus. They came back with these delicious, quick recipes that top out at fewer than 400 calories per serving. You don't have to be the Naked Chef to throw them together, but add them to your regular meal rotation and you're bound to look and feel hotter in the buff.

Foods high in water and fiber allow you to eat mega portions for mini calories. With 10 grams of fiber per cup--half the amount you should fill up on each day--garbanzo beans are weight-loss superstars.
